DAILY RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Insurance Terms and Conditions:
EagleRider, Inc. maintains a minimum of $3 million of liability insurance coverage at all locations. All insurance, coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of rental while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients are required to contact the EagleRider pick-up station and file a Police Report within 48 hours of any damage or accident. Any damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.

(*) E-VIP-Plus is only available at participating locations and for rental periods of at least 3 days. At any time prior to Renter picking-up a Vehicle, EagleRider, at its sole discretion and for any reason, may cancel any E-VIP-Plus protection purchased by a Renter. Upon any such cancellation, unless otherwise notified by the Renter, in writing, the Renter shall be deemed to have elected to purchase the E-VIP protection described above and EagleRider shall refund to Renter the difference between the costs of the two protections.

NOTICE: Before deciding whether to purchase any of the offerings listed below, Renter may wish to determine whether his/her/its own automobile insurance or credit card agreement provides coverage for rental vehicle damage or loss and determine the amount of the deductible under his/her/its own insurance coverage. The purchase of any Theft and Damage Waiver is not mandatory. The VIP, E-VIP or E-VIP-Plus Theft and Damage
Waiver is vacation interruption protection and is not insurance.

If accepted and paid for by the parties listed below, the additional liability insurance coverage will be excess over any applicable insurance available to such parties or any other operator, from any other source; whether primary, excess, secondary or contingent in any way. Said additional coverage will be provided under a separate policy of excess liability insurance generally described in the brochure provided to Renter prior to his execution of this Insurance & Damage Waiver Addendum and is subject to all of the conditions and limitations described in Paragraphs 13 and 14 of the Agreement entered into concurrently herewith by the Rental Company and Renter (the “Agreement”); provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in the Agreement to the contrary, in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of such policies for additional
liability insurance coverage and the brochure and/or the Agreement, the terms of such policies shall be deemed controlling and shall supersede the terms of the brochure and/or the Agreement, which brochure and Agreement shall be deemed amended so as to be consistent with the terms of such policies. The parties executing this Insurance & Damage Waiver Addendum acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree that they have had sufficient opportunity to review the brochure and policies. Except as noted above, all insurance, coverage, waivers and/or vacation interruption protection are subject to the express terms and conditions of the Agreement and, without limitation to the foregoing, do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of any violation of the terms of the Agreement and/or the commission of any Prohibited Acts (as defined in the Agreement). A police report is required for all damages or accidents. All damages to rented motorcycle without a police report is considered Renter’s fault.

SLI – Supplemental Liability Insurance Insurance protects Renter against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Renter Supplemental Liability Insurance Benefit: up to $1,000,000	USD$12.95 per day
PAI/PEC - Personal Accident Insurance/Personal Effects Coverage Protection consists of the following: Accidental Death Benefit for Renter ($100,000) and Passenger ($10,000). Accidental Medical Expense Benefit for Renter and immediate family traveling with Renter up to $1000 of 24-hour accidental medical expenses within one year. Personal Effects Coverage for up to $525. GPS Navigation Unit Rentals
EagleRider customers now have an added peace-of-mind while on vacation. The Garmin GPS navigation units provide customers access to the most up-to-date street maps and can be pre-loaded with pre-planned vacations for nearly all motorcycle or scooter rental. For those motorcycle travelers who are looking to take part in a world-famous EagleRider Guided or Self-Drive tour, motorcycle GPS units are available to be pre-programmed with our professionally designed tour routes and overnight stay points allowing you to keep your eyes on the road and off the map.

GPS navigation units are available on nearly all EagleRider motorcycle rentals, Bike Only, Self-Drive tour, or Guided Tour*. The Garmin Zumo 550 will be waiting for you when you arrive at EagleRider to pick up your motorcycle rental.

*GPS Navigation Rental Units are not available at all EagleRider Locations. Customized pre-planned trips require a one-week lead- time and cost and additional $10 per day. Customers are responsible for damage, theft, or loss to any of the components of the GPS Navigation Unit including but not limited to the power cord, case, mount, SD card, and navigation unit. Requirements for a Motorcycle Rental

Customer Orientation
Every client will receive orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Storage
EagleRider will provide storage for client luggage, airline tickets, and other valuables free of charge, however at clients' risk.

Fuel
Fuel costs are client’s responsibility. Client will receive motorcycle with a Full Tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If Client doesn’t return the motorcycle with a Full Tank, client will be subject to a $25 refueling charge (higher fee’s out of Canada). Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for $15 (not offered out of Canada) and can return the motorcycle empty.

Helmets
Helmets are provided with all motorcycle rentals and all tours. Clients are encouraged to bring their own helmets for comfort and style reasons. In addition, helmets may be purchased at many of EagleRider's rental stations. Helmets are required by law in most locations.

Additional Drivers
1 additional drivers permitted at no extra charge. The minimum age for additional drivers is 21 and a valid motorcycle license is required.

Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refuelling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Motorcycle Substitution
EagleRider reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to rental client. Should EagleRider not be able to provide confirmed motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the client. This constitutes the maximum liability of EagleRider.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 - $3000 will be taken at pick-up (Authorization Only). Security deposit must be processed via valid credit card.

Restrictions
(Violation of listed restrictions voids all VIP Theft & Damage Waivers and client will be held liable for damages.)
Road Restriction: Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads.
Mexico Restriction: Clients cannot enter Mexico on a USA bike without written authorization or accompanied by an EagleRider Guide.
Death Valley WARNING: Entering Death Valley during the months of June – August, is consider a high risk due to extreme weather conditions. Clients travel during the listed months, travel at their own risk.

Return Policy
A rental day is 24 hours. A fee of $25/hour may apply for vehicles returned late.

Refund Policy
All confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable. No refunds on early returns.

Travel & Trip Cancellation Insurance
Together with our insurance partner Travelguard we are happy to be able to provide you with key travel insurance coverages such as trip cancellation, interruption and delay, travel accident, personal effects, medical expenses, and hotel overbookings. IMPORTANT: Please also note that the "Collision Damage Waiver" offered by Travelguard excludes Motorcycles, ATV's, and Watercrafts.

Insurance Policies and Surcharges
State mandatory liability insurance is included in your rental. Please check with your rental station which are the state requirements. You are not insurred for Damage or Theft. EagleRider offers several options from upgrading your Liability or Damage Waiver. Please carefully check your requirements. Because motorcycle rentals are considered an exotic rental most credit cards and insurance do not transfer the same way as they do with normal car rentals. PLEASE always check your credit company or insurance company for coverage.

Supplemental Liability Insurance
Insurance protects Renter against claims made by a third party for bodily injury and/or property damage sustained as a result of an accident. Renter supplemental Liability Insurance Benefit is $1,000,000.

Enhanced Vip Theft & Damage Waiver
Theft or Damage : Renters pays up to $1000 deductible / occurence. Breakdown: Renter is provided up to $75/day for a replacement rental and refund of daily rate. Flat Tire Coverage : Covers Tire Repair and Labor. TOWING IS NOT COVERED.

Vip Theft & Damage Waiver
Collision & Theft Waiver for Motorcycle: Renter pays up to $2000 deductible / occurrence. Breakdown Protection is $35 per day for a replacement rental and refund of daily rate. Flat Tire Coverage is not included. TOWING IS NOT COVERED.

Pick-Up, Return & Late Charges

Free Transfers
Complimentary transfers are provided for clients from locations that are within a 7-Mile Radius from the EagleRider Rental Station. The following terms must apply: 1) transfer is arranged by EagleRider; 2) Booking is 3 days or longer. Clients are required to telephone the EagleRider Rental Station on the morning of the pick-up day to schedule their transfer and pick-up time.
