Minimum Rental Period - 7 nights minimum rental required. Additional minimum rental charges may be imposed at our discretion during other event periods.

10 nights for Unlimited Miles and 12 nights for the Inclusive Package Rate.

  - This service includes an exterior wash and interior cleaning for vehicles with normal usage, However, if the vehicle is excessively dirty either inside or outside, additional charges will apply to cover the extra cleaning required.
  
  Guests are still required to check in with a staff member when dropping off the vehicle to ensure a Vehicle Inspection is completed and any outstanding charges are covered.
   
• Unlimited Tolls - A convenient product charged at a nightly rate ensuring transparent toll pricing. Guests will pay a nightly rate and will be covered for unlimited toll charges during their journey.

  Connects up to 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices. Fees may change at any time without prior notice. Subject to availability and reception is based on 4G data carrier coverage. We recommend downloading offline maps to your device before traveling. (The device includes 5GB of data across North America. Additional data can be purchased by the Guest.)
   
   
• Mexico Auto Liability Insurance (MALI): USD $22 per night. Must be purchased if travelling to Mexico.
  You only need to take the insurance for the days that you will be in Mexico.

Prep Fee:
Mandatory USD $199 per vehicle at all locations. Prep fee includes: Thorough hygienic cleaning and disinfection of vehicle and regular branch sanitization, supply of one toilet chemical and one roll of toilet paper, full fresh water tank, fresh water hose and waste water hose, digital copy of the Guest Guide, personal instruction on use of basic functions in the motorhome and appliances.
 

Inclusive Package Rate can be combined with the Long Term Discount.

Airport Transfers:
Airport Transfers Are Not Provided By El Monte RV or Mighty Campers. But all our locations are an easy taxi or uber ride from the airport, and public transport options are available.

New Jersey State Rental Security Fee:
USD $5 per night (maximum USD $140) applies to all Pick ups at New York City branch.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in our motorhomes. There is no charge to bring your pet, however, a cleaning fee or damage fee may be applied at return if the motorhome is brought back in unclean condition or because of the pet or any damages caused to the interior because of the pet.

Priority A.M. Departure (PAD) Program:

• PAD locations: Restricted to the following locations: Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York City, Orlando & San Francisco based on capacity .
• Hotel restrictions: PAD is restricted solely to those hotels designated as PAD hotels mentioned in the Transfer Information Area.
• Hotel notification: Client or agent must inform El Monte RV of PAD hotel no fewer than 7 days prior to vehicle takeover date. If you fail to notify less than 7 days prior to takeover, client will either have to accept standard transfer, or provide their own transfer at their own cost. No Exceptions.
• Contact numbers: PAD Transfer instructions. A pre-recorded message is available at 1-800-337-2199* which instructs at what time and at which entrance clients should wait for transfer shuttle: It is recommended that clients also call 1-800-367-6507* the day before motor home takeover to confirm pick up time and hotel entrance.
• Transfer time: PAD Shuttle generally arrives between 7:15 am - 8:00. PAD transfer may begin as early as 6:45 am. Therefore, it is necessary that clients call 1-800-337-2199 beforehand for exact times.
• PAD surcharge: This option guarantees a early pick up motor home between 11 am - 12pm. PAD surcharge is USD $295 per motorhome rental. Please indicate PAD hotel at time of booking. There are no refunds for PAD surcharge if we do not receive PAD hotel information 7 days prior to pick up. No exceptions.

Taxes:
Our prices are excluding tax. Taxes are due on all prepaid and local charges.

For prepaid charges, Partners may select between two options: "Variable tax rate" and "Flat Tax Rate" which allows for a simple, flat 11% across all prepaid charges. Please note - Partners are not able to switch between the two options. Once selected the option is set for the full travel year.

Option 2 - Flat Tax Rate
Flat fee for all locations for pre-paid charges only: 11.00%

Import / Export Fee:
We try to confirm all One-way requests. However, there are times when the direction of the drop or time of year does not make sense in terms of fleet utilization. Therefore, El Monte RV will consider accepting a specific one-way request for the standard one-way fee PLUS up to an additional $3,000 to import or export the motor home to or from the location needed.

  

Flex Rates:
Elmonte's Daily Rental Rates are know as 'Flex Rates' . These give you the very best available price for the motorhome you want to rent. If you book early and there are plenty of motorhomes available, you will pay a much lower price. If you book closer to departure date or book for a high demand period then the rate will be higher. This is a similar system to that used by airlines.

No mileage is included in the Flex rates. Choose from the available mileage options above. Once booked and confirmed, should you need to change, the rate will be re-calculated using the most current Flex rate and compared to the existing flex rate. The higher rate will prevail. Changing party size or adding pre-paid items does not consitute a change. Flex rate valid for maximum 35 days and on day 36 a new Flex rate will apply.

Location closing dates are subject to change.

Pick Up Times:
After 1:00pm. You must call the depot the day prior or the morning of pick up to confirm the time that your vehicle will be ready for collection.

Drop Off Times:
Drop off takes place between 8:00am and 11:00am. Fees apply for drop off after 11:00am.
